I know that zip up sweaters are only for the office personnel. I would like for us shop guys to be able to purchase them ourselves
What are the Benefits of this idea: It lessens the division between office and shop people. I think the Black zip ups look more professional as well. A darker color would not get dirty as fast making us look cleaner.
Additional Comments or Suggestions: Most importantly though is safety. If a sleeve was to get caught in a machine, of some sort, the zipper would give way easier. We would have less risk of personal injury, and or, death.

Add a column in the work order log for step files for parts being machined
What are the Benefits of this idea: - Machinists can easily find 3D models for CNC - Reduced time spent looking/asking for 3D models - Better organization for correct 3D models

Incorporate shop personnel into system testing/validation to assist Engineers...
What are the Benefits of this idea: Have more people to go startup and troubleshoot systems.

Have large group meeting with all departments to discuss a CA product or product line. Go over high level function and get input for improvements (Maybe twice a year?)
What are the benefits of your idea: Improved company product knowledge, products, interdepartmental discussion, and more knowledge of how other departments operate.
Additional Comments or suggestions: A chance to go more in depth than the AAR meetings. I am basing the concept off of the piggable meeting for which I received great feedback (Submitted by Brandon T.)
Make and use templates for plates and boxes...
What are the benefits of your idea: Efficient way of building panels that we make frequently.
